Both privately and publicly held organizations were selected based on benefits, policies, corporate philanthropy, internal working conditions, work-life balance, local management, camaraderie and support of employees’ personal growth. Selections were based on employee comments and company surveys.

Cydcor was specifically recognized for a supportive work environment and culture, benefits, open communication, quality and commitment of management. Team members Cydcor are eligible for benefits in the month following their hire date.

Cydcor provides an EAP (Employee Assistance Program), including mental health referrals and counseling, wellness and smoking cessation programs. In order to maintain open communication between team members and company leaders, Cydcor provides an open-door policy, team member surveys, monthly company meetings, Cydcor Community – the company’s intranet, and lunches with the president of company Cydcor.

Cydcor kicked off 2009 with a absolutely new headquarters in Westlake Village (California). Approximately 120 Los Angeles area employees moved into Conejo Valley’s Westlake Park Place, a new 28-acre campus style office development. Occupying the entire 4th floor with 22,000 square feet, Cydcor’s new space is almost twice the size of its current location, which the company occupied for the past 7 years.
